Changes to tutor support and customer service over the holidays: 23rd December – 4th January 2021.
Over the holiday period from 23rd December – 4th January our team will be taking some well-deserved time off.

Our entire team has worked incredibly hard this year to deliver a fully revised and updated Diploma in Natural Skincare Formulation and to provide our students and prospective students with first-class support. Now it’s time for them to rest and recharge ready for a wonderful 2021!
Please read the following carefully as it details what this means for accessing support during this time.
A note for students: Our online classroom is accessible to you 24/7 including over the holidays. If you intend to study over the holidays we recommend that you check you have your login details as our team won’t be available to to assist with this while on holiday.
Customer service
There will be a delay in answering your enquiries between 23rd December – 4th January. This includes emails, Facebook and Instagram messages. Our online chat will not be available during this time.
If you have any queries for our customer service team that you’d like answered before Christmas then we encourage you to get in touch by 21st December.
25th-28th December – Holiday time! No support available.
29th-31st January – Support available. Delays likely.
1st January – 3rd January – Holiday time! No support available.
From 4th January – back to normal though delays still possible as we catch up.

Tutor support
Our student support groups will remain open for you to access peer support from fellow students and graduates. As always we ask that everyone use these groups in line with our support guidelines which is especially important during the holidays when our team is not as active in the groups as usual.
Our tutors will be taking some time off and therefore there will be no Tutor Q&As between 22nd December and 2nd January.
What this means for each course/support group is as follows:
Diploma in Natural Skincare Formulation: There will be no Tutor Q&A on the 23rd, 27th and 30th December. The last Q&A before the holidays will be on Sunday 20th December. The first one in 2021 will be on 3rd January.
Certificate in Making Natural Skincare Products: There will be no Tutor Q&A on 28th December. The last Q&A before the holidays will be on Monday 21st December. The first one in 2021 will be on 4th January.
Diploma in Natural Haircare Formulation: There will be no Tutor Q&A on 28th December. The last Q&A before the holidays will be on Monday 21st December. The first one in 2021 will be on 4th January.
Advanced Certificate in High Performance Serum Formulation: There will be no Tutor Q&A on the 27th December. The last Q&A before the holidays will be on Sunday 20th December. The first one in 2021 will be on 3rd January.
Certificate in Preservative Free Face Mask Formulation: There will be no Tutor Q&A on 28th December. The last Q&A before the holidays will be on Monday 21st December. The first one in 2021 will be on 4th January.
Diploma in Formulating with Natural Surfactants: There will be no Tutor Q&A on 28th December. The last Q&A before the holidays will be on Monday 21st December. The first one in 2021 will be on 4th January.
